Bada78 Celebrates 50 Years of Sushi

Whether you’re looking for Korean-style sushi, side dishes, and premium sashimi, or want to celebrate your 50th anniversary, Bada78 is a great place to eat. 50th-anniversary celebration

Several of Dartmouth’s black alums got to rub elbows with alumni from the past eight decades in the town that never sleeps. This was the 50th-anniversary celebration for the venerable institution. The festivities began on Friday, April 21, and ran into the early morning hours, a feat of unbridled enthusiasm and zeal. A full complement of alumni, faculty, staff, and administrators attended the festivities, which included a formal welcome to the Dartmouth community and the unveiling of the 50th Anniversary Celebration logo. The ceremony also featured several odes to alumni and former students.

The festivities were capped off by the BADA 78 grand prize award, the most prestigious of the night. The award was given to a select group of alumni, faculty, and staff for their outstanding contributions to the Dartmouth community and their commitment to fostering a sense of community among Dartmouth’s diverse student body.

Korean-style sushi

Unlike Japanese sushi, Korean-style sushi is made with seaweed and rice. The ingredients are seasoned with a pinch of salt and sesame oil. It’s also served with pickled vegetables.
